RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Physical books must be unused and undamaged. Apparel and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Requesting a return
Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return:

After approval, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for regular returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Excluded items
Digital downloads, gift cards, personalized products, and items explicitly marked “final sale” cannot be returned. Contact us if there is a problem with any of these purchases.
